Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope and contracting party

These terms apply to purchases of goods by consumers through jungle-harvest.com. A consumer is a natural person acting mainly for purposes outside their trade, business or profession. The seller and contracting party is:

2. Orders and conclusion of the contract

The presentation of products is an invitation to place an order. You may select products without obligation and review and amend your entries in the order summary before submitting your order. By clicking the button clearly labelled “place order with obligation to pay” or equivalent, you make a binding offer to purchase.

An automatic acknowledgement of receipt initially confirms only that your order has been received. We accept your offer by sending an express order confirmation or dispatching the goods within five days. A payment request issued by us or an immediate charge to your payment method also constitutes acceptance. If we do not accept your offer within this period, you are no longer bound by it.

The contract language is German. The order details and the terms forming part of the contract will be provided to you on a durable medium, for example by email. You can also save these terms using your browser’s print function.

3. Prices, payment and ownership

The final prices shown when you place your order apply and include the VAT applicable in each case. Delivery charges are shown separately unless delivery is free. The full total is displayed before you submit your order. Unit prices are based on one kilogram.

The available payment methods and payment timing are shown during checkout. The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

4. Delivery

We dispatch from Germany to the areas listed on our Delivery page. You can find charges, free-delivery thresholds and delivery times there. Any different delivery times are stated for the relevant product. We do not deliver to parcel lockers or offer collection in person.

For deliveries outside the EU, additional import duties may apply unless they are already stated as included in the total price. Such duties are charged by the competent authorities. Mandatory consumer rights, particularly those relating to the risk during transport, remain unaffected.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal where the statutory requirements are met. Details, including the model form, are set out in our right of withdrawal information. Statutory rights in respect of defects apply independently.

6. Defects and transit damage

Statutory rights in respect of defects apply. If you notice damage during transport, we ask you to report it to the carrier where possible and contact us. Failure to do so does not restrict your statutory rights. An additional guarantee applies only if it is expressly stated for a product.

7. Liability

We have unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, limb or health, under the Product Liability Act, and to the extent of any guarantee expressly assumed. In the event of a slightly negligent breach of material contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable loss typical for the contract. Material contractual obligations are those that enable the contract to be properly performed and whose fulfilment you may normally rely on. In all other cases, liability for ordinary negligence is excluded; mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

8. Consumer dispute resolution
