When does the delivery period start?
The stated periods apply after the contract is concluded, unless the relevant offer states a different delivery time. If advance payment has been agreed, the period starts when you instruct your payment. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, they will generally be delivered together. In that case, the longest delivery time stated for an item in your order applies, unless otherwise agreed.
Which delivery addresses can I use?
We do not deliver to parcel lockers. Please use a regular delivery address. Collection in person is not available.

The total amount is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Delivery within Germany costs 4.97 € and is free on orders with a value of 69 € or more.
How can I pay?
You can pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or bank transfer. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available on supported devices with a configured wallet. For bank transfer, you will receive the bank details, amount and payment reference directly after ordering and by email. We dispatch once payment has been confirmed.
